37 CBG did that here in Garrison St. John's... and it also failed....now units have their own OR's back but are critically under staffed... some are even missing Chief Clerks are there is none being posted into those positions for the foreseeable future, some even tried 3 year REO's and no bites....

Heard through Bde that 5 DIV HQ positions will cease to exist this APS (APS 26) and the new Defence of Canada Division HQ will be based in Montreal... will be interesting to see how this works for all Res Bde reporting to this one HQ in Quebec.....

Yes you really only need to fill out section B-J and then section P. Section A will be auto completed when the form is entered into the security system.

Also unless you are getting a TOP SECRET clearance on enrollment which is highly unlikely you only need to fill out sections A-J and then section P. The image attached is straight from the form.
