Adding to this - if you go to RMC after making Cpl in the reserves, you won't be in the reserves anymore. RMC is intended for Reg F/ROTP.

You can be a naturalized citizen. You can apply for citizenship when you move to a new country, which when successful would make you both a citizen AND an immigrant.
