Can anyone tell me if there is a PSO to handle OT administration (i.e. interviews, processing etc) deployed with the Task Force every ROTO???  Or do I have to wait until returning before doing anything?

This is what happened to me in my trade.  I wanted an OT.  My instructers told me that I had to handle it after my 3's.  The thing they do not tell you is that once your QL3 qualified, your stuck until your QL5 qualified with  (don't quote me on this number) 48 months of service.

I was curious, how often are you guys away a year on average? Does it depend on the trade?

Yes I am a regF 291er.  AES Op  eh? Where are most of the postings for AES Op, Aurora's or Cyclones??

Are AVN/AVS Tech as hard to get into as people say they are? Are the majority of these two trades posting to Cold Lake?

Was wondering what Air Force Trades are hurting for people right now?  Can anyone help.  I've been in the Army for 8 years, was thinking of crossing the line
