One of the "will likely make things worse" measures I put in place is to shut down the server when load gets heavy. For now at least, you may see occasional server unavailable messages that appear right away vs. slow load times.

Yeah, fallout from some of the changes is that a lot of old links won't work any more. It's on the list.

Army.ca is working fine, however there appears to be an issue with milnet.ca for the last day or so.

Part of some recent cost-cutting measures, Milnet.ca and a few other lesser used domains were handed back into the void. Army.ca, Navy.ca, and Air-Force.ca all still work.
