Interceptor stockpile not looking too hot. The Atlantic is also reporting that Trump denied Ukraine's request for 300 additional Patriot interceptors for this upcoming winter, and this is probably the reason why.

Then there's the matter of POTUS also backing away from giving them a license to produce the interceptors themselves.
