It's when they begin discussing us and WMDs in the same conversation that I start to worry. Along with the feeling that it only feels mildly paranoid and crazy. Rather then deeply insane.

John's contributions to discussions around the marine industry, seafaring, and marine affairs are valuable.

I follow him for a reason but he is way offside with this. I think it's about $$$ for him, he is making tons of $$$ off engagement and he has really grown his follower base.

He now holds a Pentagon Press Corps pass, has steered himself on to a bunch of board of director positions, etc. He has monetized his voice and he is using it for clicks.

Konrad has made himself a laughingstock going after CAF and CAF members, even worse since he got brought into Trump’s new Pentagon press corps. It’s a shame, he’s had a legitimate and respectable career in maritime shipping and has been a respected and credible voice in that domain. It just doesn’t play well attacking allied vets when you crashed and burned out of the U.S. Naval Academy.

If it were as simple as an enema. An enema "may" solve the problem if the problem is just being "full of shit". But when being "full of . . ." continues for an extended time that likely leads to fecal impaction, a manifestation that often requires someone to get one's hands dirty, to get in there and physically dig it out.* A true intestinal blockage, however, is even more serious and a true emergency. An enema will not solve the problem and is generally contraindicated. Leaving an intestinal blockage without treatment too long can lead to strangulation of the blood supply and death of the bowel.

It's the same metaphorically with the SecDefWar. He's just the most obvious symptom because he appears "full of shit", however it's more serious than that. Even if treatment could be started by the time that the current regime is gone, it will likely need radical measures to remove the obstructions and then years of rehabilitation will be required.

I think John's posts are ridiculous but some of the retorts are equally ridiculous, with CAF Officers weighing in with their public profiles to have a go. You got hooked boys and gave John the exact engagement he wants..

Also Combat Camera definitely takes some shit photos, this being one of them. I remember after a successful raid the PAO being vehemently against us taking photos with our weapons and actually getting in a dispute with us over it. He was your typical Ottawa weiner...

Like screw off bud, take your photo we will stage for you but give us our own personal memento. It doesn't have to be publicly released and it's our story, not yours.
