Up until January of this year with the changes to the PER system, Cpls received PERs like everyone else. Edit: and in the Cbt Engr trade, those Cpl PERs were seen at the national merit board just like the rest.

They should be thankful they still have 524 sets. If TCCCS had been fully implemented properly, maybe it would have been more successful , but all I have now are digital versions of the 524 and 77 sets that are not user friendly when troubleshooting or adjusting. My understanding is TCCCS and...

PD doesn't necessarily mean figure it out on your own. Detailed explanations and being given the appropriate ref also counts as PD.

I can't speak for the rest of CTC, but if the other schools are even close to CFSME, then that draft calendar is updated regularly and is bake to be used for semi-accurate planning. The last I heard, the 14/15 NC should be going live in the next week or so.
