Wow, never thought a suggestion would be taken into consideration, especially this fast, considering this forum is very old.
Thanks! Eyes not hurt anymore
I was under the impression a glass of wine a day is actually good. Or when people say stay away from alcohol means don't get to the stage where you start feeling tipsy
2. You can either be IR until your full training is complete or choose a full posting to Moose Jaw. If you get a full posting you will get relocation benefits. With IR you will keep your current residence.
3. 2 months if everything goes smoothly. During winter, more like 4 months
4. Basic salary...
Hi, can you explain some of the acronyms.
What do you mean by "dry" vs "wet"? Auroras flying over land vs over water?
VOT's? Voluntary occupational transfer?
CT's? Component transfer? Then what's the difference between CT and VOT?
DE? Direct entry?
UTPNCM? Is that an NCM entry plan?
Ok yea perfect, this is what I'm looking for. I tried cfappreciation but the website crashes everytime and scripts stop working. Tried both firefox and internet explorer.
Arty39, what exact steps did you do to get the discount?
Yea this is what I'm looking for, the 30% of any plans they have available. Where can I get any current plan on market and add the 30% discount? Or what is the procedure?
Simian Turner, thank you for the info, but I'm not looking for plans "specific" for us. I'm looking to be able to apply a...

Also as far as I understand if the entire 25 year...

That would be a perfect system. Isn't something we can push for? I mean if nobody says anything there will never be changes, but if the right people are informed about this maybe we can make such changes. Not to mention this wouldn't really cost anything the federal government or provincial...
I would like to know how do you guys deal with the endless vehicle inspections required every time you get posted in a different province.
Every province has requirements for out of province vehicle registration (which IMO is retarded, it's Canada, I'm not importing a vehicle from outside)...
So is the F-35 scrapped? How many billions have we lost? (vs potentially saved if the cost kept pilling up?)
Get the Saab Gripen JAS 39E/F as apparently that's the only one that is significantly cheaper than the F-35
Well that would make sense. The only base that has 3-4(with J's) unique airframes stationed, not found anywhere else. A pilot or a tech working on them would stay in Trenton for his entire career unless he gets switched to another airframe.
