If i were to take a bachelors four year degree program at a canadian community college, would that count towards or rather qualify me for an officer's entry plan? I tried searching but couldn't find anything on this one.

Call into your local CFRC and ask to talk to the MO, they can answer your question. But from the sounds of it im pretty sure you will need some sort of letter from your GP.

Oh my gosh your situation is so similar to mine it scary ;D. I was put out due to medical reasons too and its been the same amount of time more or less (was 16 and now 18) Only real difference is applied for Infantry. Im put my app in but have now been informed PRes is no longer priority so...
