I believe that the min is 5 x sand bags (100kg) and as stated above i had 1 bag added the last time i did the test to compensate for the friction (less normal) caused by the different floor surface.  Not sure if there could be cases were more then 1 bag could be added.

It depends on your occupations but normally the CMs will try hard to make it work.

Thanks for all the input!  I am indeed planning to buy and i will be working in the Dockyard area.  The reason for proximity to a hospital is because my wife is an hospital pharmacist. 

Good day everyone,  i may have the opportunity to be posted to Victoria next summer (APS 15).  I was wondering if i could get a few ideas of nice neighbourhoods to live in.  10 to 30 mins drive to work, close to an hospital and high-school. Thanks in advance!

Like flavus said interval is the way to go to improve speed.  Try to add hills to your routine that will help also.

Like any other quals you should not let it expire.  There are some extraordinary circumstances (sickness/injury) but this should be the exception.  In 29 years of service i have never had  a non current pt profile.  I don't feel one bit sorry for those 940 pers.

Yes that's exactly it.  You start a pace that get tour hb at approx 70% of max effort, then every 2 minutes they increase the incline by 2%.  You continue until failure/you cannot do i anymore.  You are expected to also go all out on the force test. 

I am taking part into a study looking into the relationship between cardio and The FORCE Test.  Did a VO2 Max test earlier this week and doing the Force Test (for the 4th time since Mar 13!) tomorrow morning.  The study is conducted in the NCR and they are looking for pers of all ages, sexes...
