I recommend jump rope, really good for the cardio, balance, and response time. Nothing wrong with a little bit of video games here and there, They are actually proven to help people be more creative. Just dont let it impact your physical well being.

Pretty sure there are some trades that do selections consistently. Other than that the the next selection date is march 18th for most NCM trades if I remember correctly.

Just a little advice to those waiting as I am. Don't sit around doing nothing, get a part time job or find something to do with your time. I didn't think I would be waiting this long but my process is starting to pick up in speed. Another word of advice is too go into the recruiting office...
