Yeah exactly. And since I have only been out 4 years the references that I used have known me for 15 with combined work history, so the first one they contact if they contact should suffice as 4 years previous my MPRR will provide them the info they require.

Boatswain, honestly I have never known anyone who was a boatswain. Met a few when I was on the HMCS Halifax in Haiti, but didn't get to really chat with them between all the vomiting and more vomiting.. lol
There is a huge shortage of clerks at the moment. They can't get them trained quick enough to make up for the retirements and releases. So if you are going Clerk the chances of you being selected this go round are probably pretty good.
PLAR is a prior learning assessment. I have both previous CF Time, almost 10 Years as a clerk and I have my tickets for the new trade that I am applying for.

Just a quick questions. If a trade shows that army recruits do the "Army Basic Land Course" after BMQ for their trade, am I reading it right that then its only Army DEU or do AF or Navy DEU mbrs go as well?
