To a certain extent yes, I've already received different opinions from CFRC personnel. I'm looking to find out what guidelines the board uses when reviewing PLAR's for RSBP, specifically when the only training one has is BMQ.

Assuming the only training one has is BMQ (old course, Reg F 2005). Is a recruit school bypass likely to be given upon re-enrollment considering the new BMQ has been extended (incorporating aspects from SQ) ? That is, are they considered equivalent when determining RSBP.

The WO who did my medical told me I could go to a local clinic and have the issues evaluated. I ended up going to a doctor's office but the option was still there for someone without a family doctor (which is a lot of people). At least investigate what they would need to evaluate your injuries...

4) Short answer probably  :), all they tell you is that your score is "heavily" weighed on your last session. But it doesn't really matter, you won't be given feedback after each session anyway. All you get is the piece of paper saying yes / no at the end. Just give your best in each session...
