I think it was an excellent article. Sadly, victims are usually glamorized in death. This reporter did seem to dig rather deeply but then again, that is his job. The truth hurts when you know the individual and the pain of loss is still at hand. Pte Graham, was no doubt a loyal and dedicated...
Many, many PPIED's. In fact, the TB are smart little fuckers. They are moving the blast seat back from the PP so that the effects of the blast is not right under the engine, but under the crew compartment.
What is wrong with having one of your citizenships revoked? Sounds good to me actually. That way the Canadian Government won't be on the dime during the next crisis in Lebanon when all the dual citizenshippers (LOL) are piss moaning about not getting evacuated fast enough.
Welcome!
Drug testing needs to be done...........it needs to be done without letting people know that it is coming. You can't test one part of a Battle Group and then test another group 2 months later. You will have remarkably clean results on the second.
My 2 cents!
Really, and you have proof of this first hand, correct? I can tell you it is not always immediate from the DVA. And I am not talking about compensation, but treatment as well.

First hand, nope, but my wife was injured in Kabul on RO and was repatted. SISIP wouldn't cover lost...
Why should there pay continue??? Hazard pay ends when you leave the SDA anyways. Just because someone is wounded doesn't mean it should continue!!!!!! What a crock, sadly, the civilians are uninformed. SISIP may not cover wages lost but DVA will compensate.
I wii go out on a limb and say that this is no big news. It is only big news because it is in the news. There is so much going on over there all the time that it would be a rareity if the news was: Canadians not targeted for 3 consecutive day.
