Greentips - Thanks for the clarification.  Would you or anyone else know the effective wounding ranges for this round for barrels, 20, 16 and 10 inches in length? 

I am under the impression that the 77gr. round is superior to that of the 55gr. and 62gr. rounds.  However, wouldn't the effective range be shorter because of the slower, larger round not causing the same wounding characteristics as the lighter rounds.  Or does the mass of the larger round...

Regardless of the lack of size of the range, the opportunity to train there shouldn't be shunned.  In the future, exercises may include training with the Windsor tactical police unit.  I'm sure many of the Reserve members wouldn't mind training in CQB shooting, structure clearing, response to...

I can and do sympathize with those that have to make it on their low wages, but your job is to do the best you can, whether a tip is there or not and shouldnt measure the quality of service that will be given in the future.

Tipping may be expected, but you're paid a wage for the job already.  Server attitude and quality of service should be excellent whether they know they are getting tipped or not, or whether one is a good tipper or not.

   I have a friend that will leave huge tips if he thinks the girl is good looking or if she gives him a smile and a bit of attention, he probably didn't get enough attention when he was young...   ;D    I'll tip depending on the quality of service provided, though, usually about 10-15...
