I got this done to commemorate my crossing of the equator. Done 2005 in Auckland, NZ. I have a couple more, but they're unrelated to the military.

I also had the pleasure of sailing with LT(N) Ashley.  He was with me on HMCS Winnipeg during the 2005 Gulf Deployment.  He was very well liked and respected. RIP, Sir. :salute:

That's an interesting theory.  I've never thought about it that way.  I don't think it's the case though.

I like Peter Mackay.  He was my first choice to replace O'Connor. I think Gordon O'Connor did a fairly good job.  I wish him good luck as Minister of Revenue.

If you complete a Non-Restrited Firearms Course, you'll probably know enough to challenge the Restricted exam.  That's what most seem to do, from my experience.  I don't own any handguns as of yet, but it's nice to know I have that option.
