It was duty on the fabric, they also had a ton of back orders never filled etc. Total gong show. Now it's run by a member of the ACL adding a certain level of accountability. Every cadets from 2381 thats ordered it has gotten it with in 2 weeks so they're doing well in that respect.

You can, the Cadet LHQ must first seek authorization from the RSCU, and I'm sure something must be done on the unit's end of things but I have no diea what that would be. Cadets will also recieve food budget etc to go towards the unit.

All Cadets suggest. So yes, a C/Pte and suggest to a Cdt and expect a moderate level of respect. That said lots of Cadet units give out the first two chevrons like Candy and the appoinments loose all legitimacy.
