How does morning PT at basic training break down  What do you do during a typical week?  Do you go running 2-3 times and hit the gym the rest?  Just wondering because I want to modify my routine before I get there. Thanks.

No, it was 7 weeks to get my file back from Ontario.  The RC really didn't have anything to do with the delay.

Good luck with that.  I've been waiting 6 weeks and counting since my medical.

Is there anyway to change the trade preferences once you've applied?  My interview/aptitude test is in a couple of weeks, should I do it before then or what? Thanks.
