Is the training for AEC and AC OP at the same location? Is CFASCO co-located with NAV Canada?

I saw a link to spec pay trades a while back but am having trouble locating it. Does AC OP qualify for this? Not that it really matters to me, I got merit listed and am looking forward to starting my career in the near future. Perhaps when the April budget comes? Thanks!
