It seems the general consensus that i should just let them know of impending court appearances and that it doesn't deal with criminal court proceedings, strictly personal claims. That being said i will just pass it up the chain and see how it goes.

The incident was not done on CF time or while in uniform. And it doesn't look badly on the CF, it was a vehicle accident. No DD or anything of that sort.

Are you asking for help on how to meet your timings? or signing the release. If youve been found guilty and your not appealing, then there isn't much help for you from my point of view, the only advice i can give you is try not to be late when you need to sign the release.. ^-^

To be honest with you im not to sure... I was just told id be sent to Pet to do my OJT Ill have to double check that... Im under the assumption it would be with either 1 GS BN or does pet have its own ASU ? or is there a base maintenance?

Has anyone done their OJT in pet ? I might be getting posted there for a 6 month OJT for my QL4's at the end of the year and i was wondering what its like?
