OK, so I've been in for a year now and I've learned a few things (OK tons of stuff).  But I am still a little confused as to the role of a senior sub.  Can anyone clarify what his/her role would be in the mess with more junior officers?

I have read many threads on NCMs switching trades, but I would like to know about officers. Can an officer change trades before being fully trained in their current trade?  For example if I decided I wanted to swath trades would I have to attempt all phases of training before trying to switch or...

Same question different status...  Is there a policy on two reservists from different units dating?  Both are officers of equal rank. And what if they visit your mess or vice versa, like for a mixed dining in?  Should they go as a civvy or in uniform?

I have heard through my chain of command that next summer the course will be offered in mods as the CAP was this past summer.  Apparently it will also be a reserve and reg force mixed course again like the CAP was this past summer.
