Yes, it was a topic on my SLC as well, and my 6B, however nobody could find any sort of reference for it other than the fact they'd been told it on their previous courses as well. About the only thing we could all agree on is that the WOs & Sgts Mess was the only one you must earn your way into.
I think the idea of syncing the cycles sounds like a great idea but its one of those ideas that only looks good on paper. If it was just a matter of doing that it would work but by the time you factor in such things as illnesses, injuries, other medical issues, retirements, releases...
I don't have it at hand but I will certainly dig it up.
Thats been a big complaint of mine for some time. The CFNIS mandate clearly states they are responsible for all SA investigations and that has never changed. What had changed was the internal policy to refer the low level cases back to...
Further to this, I find it interesting how she views Padres and Doctors as a fail, given how they are governed by different professional standards and, in the case of our Doctors, many times civilian or working at civilian medical facilities. And her complaints about Victim Services are just as...
To be perfectly honest with you I can see some of the points being made. Not in regards to the training investigators have because besides training at our Academy there are also many of us who have done courses at the Ontario Police College, Atlantic Police College and other civilian police...
All of the Snr NCOs in the NCR were required to attend the Mess a few days before the report came out and we were told in no uncertain terms that we were part of the problem and needed to step up and be part of the solution. Now, I have no doubt that there is an issue however I don't believe it...
I don't necessarily disagree with you however Provincial Coroners already have both the jurisdiction and the ability to conduct any inquiry they want for a death in the Province. In fact they already do in all CAF deaths in Canada. I'll refer to the Ontario standards and definitions which...
I don't see where this is either possible or practical for a number of reasons:
1) We don't have a CAF coroner's office. To establish one would require both some form of legislation to create the office and the authority to oversee such events and changes to each of the individual provinces'...
According to other reports she had not only stolen money but she also diverted donations from the public and from corporations who intended the money to go towards the MFRC programs.
When I last deployed I had BP meds with me and I had to get them changed because the capsule coating kept melting the capsules together. They changed them to a pill form and I still had the same problem but not so bad. There are obviously other issues at play then running out or not having...
They will end up being paid and employed by the RN (as it states at their bail hearing they cannot resign from the RN) but no doubt the RN will ask the RCN to find some suitable duty for them to perform. Not quite how you want to get an exchange position with another navy eh?
So would everyone get that tax? No, just the ones with cars.
So all the ones with cars get the tax? No, just the ones who drive to work.
So the ones who drive to work get it? No, just when the drive.
So...who keeps tabs on it all? Who pays for the administration of the system? Who does...
Its simple. The 4 are being charged IAW the Criminal Code and all of the paperwork is filed with the Court. The civilian court neither care or needs their military ranks and in most cases the media gets their information from the Court papers.
