I’d add that what they are requiring is still likely training over education. Education vs training. Training can still be done at an educational institution. The issue as well is that a lot of programs are just money makers for the institutions.

Did they make you go back to get that education? And are you saying that clients should not have been serviced by you because of your lack of education?
