Well, I'm considering this career "later in life" as well.  I would have done it sooner, but had a "mindlock" that I could only get in via RMC (wanted to be an officer).  Never realized the DEO route.  Had I been thinking more (and asked questions) about 10 years ago, I likely would have done it...

If it costs money, don't bother.  You can find lots of stuff to bone up on math online for no cost.  Look for questions similar to the ones on the CFAT practice test.  If its a weak area, just keep practicing.  Don't waste any money.

Update time! Had my sleep study last week! Got my test much earlier thanks to a cancellation. If what the nurse said in the morning was any indication, it went well, so I'm hoping the official results are favorable.  :nod: Looks like the tonsillectomy and weight loss were worth it. Will update...

Yup... because once the local RC has your application, that's how they identify you.  I got mine when I wrote the CFAT.

I'm hoping my refiling goes well this year, and its still available.  Its all hinging on that sleep study... here's hoping!
