Well I have seen this before. Older cadets join with younger cadets. Joining at the age of 16 you had to understand your more mature then the little ones. Punching walls is not the way to go either. If your under to much stress with the cadet movement join the P-Res :salute:

Sunscreen is very important.  I have seen cadets that were giving it to use but they didn't use it, after hearing them  :crybaby: from the burns they received then asking Sir can I go to the MIR for some burn cream. Then missing 1 or 2 days training  :o. Why am I being RTU'd  for again :'(

I was a Platoon Commander with India Coy that year of 95

It might not be allowed at your CSTC’s but I would rather have cadets that smoke be smoking in a designated smoking area not have them hide in a place that dos not have safety equipment. IE Butt can with sand or a water tube to safely deposit there discarded cigarette butts.

There should be a good chance on getting hired this year (Blackdown). What I have been told that all Coy's will be at least 160 cadets. Each Platoon will have one more section commander  :salute: Cheers
