    Is the email from a legitimate source or a phishing scam? The version we received looks like a Canadian government letterhead form letter, but the email address was not from BGRS or a gc.ca email address. Of course, I may be too cautious on this particular example.

    The NAVRES Port security experiment (2006-2013) was canceled mainly due to: Optics / Public perception, Liabilities (when, not if), and Seriously under-resourced, unsupported. Without those concerns being properly addressed, the ARres would not fare much better.
