Wow, I consider myself a cheerleader of the reserve, and that video was a bit much. Don't give people unrealistic expectations, or everyone will walk away disapointed.

Or how about opening up the recruiting valve and let units do more recruiting events. Take recruiting away from the recruiting centers. Yes, I know there would be problems. That is probably why recruiting was largely taken away from units in the first place. But the way we are doing it right...
