I submitted my Lump Sum form on 23 Jan and I finally received my Lump Sum deposit in my Bank account today. About friggin' time. It went in 4 days after the PSC monthly amount disappeared under Current Benefits.

How ironic is this, now that you asked that. I just logged into My VAC Account and noticed today the PSC Monthly Amount FINALLY disappeared so now I should receive my Lump Sum any day now. Today marks the 1 month and 3 day mark.

It doesn't make sense man. There's no rhyme or reason with VAC. What's so difficult and lengthy about processing a Lump Sum payment that has already been calculated. It shouldn't be taking this long a full month in. Ridiculous.

And it's useless to call or email VAC asking when you might see the Lump Sum. They give you the same answer every time......"It may take up to 6 weeks for the lump sum deposit."

It's pathetic. Still nothing today and the monthly amount is still listed in Current Benefits ugh. Like I said, this is the first time in 5 years it's taking this long to receive the Lump Sum deposit. Normally, I only have to wait 1-2 weeks max. Not sure what's going on this time. VAC is an odd...

If you are not receiving CAF LTD and just got approved for IRB, can you apply for CAF LTD? Just curious as a coworker of mine just got approved for IRB and his Decision Letter stated in one part..."If you are not currently on CAF LTD, or wish to apply for CAF LTD......"

In other words, congrats on your VRAB Favourable Decision and yes five-fifths is what you should hope for which is what you got.

Yea, even mine had the percentage and VAC took their slow time. I finally received Complete status from VAC on the adjudication a month after the VRAB Decision so I would say any day now for you. Then it was another week before I received the VAC Decision Letter along with the Lump Sum Form.

Does this Manuge Miscalculation of Disability Pensions Class Action include any Veterans who received multiple Disability Benefits Lump Sum amounts? I'm guessing we are eligible correct? If so, when should we be notified of when we can file a claim to receive compensation?
