I woukd have to say that my Corps is pretty good for getting us the equipment we need. They have gotten us everything that we have needed in the past, to my knowledge(Dano Correct me if I'm Wrong) But we have a big corps so fundraising is pretty easy.

Yes, but the CHAP preogram wouldn't allow the victims to dole out the punishments right after the abuse or whatnot. Can you imagine the Parework involved in The aftermath of the punishment?

In My corps they taught us that rubbing alcohol (yes really) and your boot brush is the easiest. It worked for me so unless you have the old boots then it wont ruin your boots, and i dont even think that it would wreck older boots, unless they are from the 80's..                                ...

Thats what i plan to do, Finish Cadets and then Go to the RMC for officer training and then Join either Reserves or Reg Force, because i dont know which one i want to do..
