Its pretty messed up at my res unit there is only 4 QL3 techs lol. And probly about 3 QL5. I dunno trying to be a res V TECH takes to long. Its goo that they have the units but the problem is keeping people interested

Yeah like stated RES after completeing BMQ,SQ, driver wheel and EME COMON core get to ware the eme capbadege. As a reg force you do not get ur cap tell u are done your QL3 which is not right

Yeah the obsticle coarse was fun we had one guy fall and break his arm. But the job must go on. I noticed that day alot of the guys learned to work as a team. Cause some people were stronger at different things. the wall , the under ground tunnel. Its all part of the game :)

The CF needs to realy correct all there recruiting and ferther more probs with recruiting. I waited 4 years to get in then stayied in 2 years got out went res now going back in regs and my file has gotten lost 4 times. CFRC is out to lunch.
