I respectfully disagree - DAA raised some good points.  I wouldn't send them to the ATI office either, but I'd satisfy myself that they have a legit reason, & make note of it, for the very reasons he mentioned.  It may be a side issue but one that can bite people in the *** behind the scenes. ...

Thanks for those links - very informative. In my reading on this issue, one thing that's not clear is whether it applies to mbrs who've already released?  In my case I transferred to the Supp Res (and took RFRG at the time), then got back in the P Res for a couple of years, then out for good...
