Ask your Warrant when you get there ;D
No seriously, if it's not required for your layout (like your conditioner) just keep it in your personal box. Chill out, they won't toss your conditioner.
That article shocked me to say the least, I guess I'm so accustomed to reading all the other crap written about our Military operations in this country's Media.
+ 1 Nicely written and very refreshing
Contract and restricted release are two different things. You're not obligated to stay in the CF unless you owe obligatory service, received subsidization or signing bonus for your trade. If you went DEO you'll get DEO Salary although it may be part way through basic before it shows on your pay...
Thanks for the quick response, please post any more info. you find out on the course loading, next date.
Now only if I can get through the recruiting process in two months (along with my verification of prior service and BMQ bypass) and get loaded on that course. :crybaby:

I would recommend talking to a recruiter and a trip to your local CFRC before doing all this (I assume you haven't done this based on your post), especially if you don't have confirmation that you meet the basic requirements. Start searching, most if not all of your questions have been answered...
On my basic (Reg. Force but I don't know why reserve would be any different) our ruck weight varied between 60-80 lbs. The pace also varied between 8-11 minutes per km. We also did marches in full fighting order which were faster (around 7 min / km) so be prepared for those as well. And don't...
