What is the pace of the runs at BMQ, does anyone know or remember?  Will running an 8-8:30 min mile for 3 miles be acceptable at BMQ?

Just another stupid question here... For the part time reserve BMQ where do you sleep at night, I would assume it is in a CFB or an armoury but do you sleep on the floor? and do you have access to showers and such?  Also am I correct in assuming that you would eat just IMP's while on training?

Yes thats 8:30/MILE not km, I find it easier to run in miles because 1 lap on a track is a quarter mile as opposed to 400m, it just makes for the math being easier.
