Hey guys, I have my fitness test on Monday, and I was told by the CFRC, that if all goes well, quick and smooth, I could be in basic for the 4th. I really hope it does. I am in Ottawa, going for reg force infantry, RCR hope I can make it in time to see you guys there

Yeah, I totally understand what you are saying para I have been the same weight for almost 5 years 135-140, depending I just meant it would be nice to gain a little bit more weight, in a healthy manner of course.

Yeah, I remember that from last time. When I got in there I got really stressed out. That, and the fact that it was probably between 30-40 degrees in there in Novemember. And I know it wasn't just me cause everyone in there was sweating.
