I would recommend (based on my own experience with eczema) bringins some hydrocortisone cream with you. You can get up to 0.5% over the counter, but anything higher requires a prescription. Plus, it works extremely well to clear up poison ivy if when you get it.

Dropbox is another fantastic program! It allows you to very easily share any items you wish, across any platform (I.e PC, Mac, Smartphone). I love dropbox!

Just a general FYI, if you are using Chrome / Firefox (which you should, because, technically, they are superior to I.E), there is an ad-on called Ad-Block. It is free, virus safe, and removes 99.999 percent of all pop ups. Even eliminates the ads on YouTube. I do not know if it is available for IE.

Training

Does this mean I can safely stop and grab a quick meal after weekly training without changing beforehand? To me, this falls under traveling home from training. Thanks!
