I was looking into information on getting a Pleasure Craft Operator Card (PCOC) and became curious about any types of equivalancies offered by TC for DND/RCN quals.  I found out that there are DND equivalencies for the PCOC and I don't think I need to take the exam or hold the PCOC as a MARS...

Again very sad, there is also a youtube video showing police trying to break into the room where the guards were locked in and you can quite clearly hear the screams of someone injured....presumably Cpl Schuman who was the only individual to survive...in the background.  Very difficult to listen...

What a terrible tragedy... As mentioned, the critically wounded individual is a CF reg force member working out of CFB Edmonton.  Hoping for a speedy recovery for Cpl Schuman and lots of support for his family...
