    Chin-ups help

Hey Nutter, You are going to want to scale back on the behind the back chin ups.   They are really hard on the shoulder girdle.   Also behind the neck press as well.   Your shoulders will thank you for it.  Link for more info here: http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/betteru26.htm Greg

Suggestions for Great PC War Games?

A few of my faviourites are: Ghost Recon Series Rainbow Six Series America's Army - it's free and it's a pretty good game.  Long download though, so be prepared to wait.  You also have to complete basic training before you can play online. Medal of Honor Series Greg

I know I have asked about this before, but that was awhile ago :P

Sorry man, I live in BC.  It is a great idea though.  I was really lucky.  When I went for my medical, I met another recruit from my small town of Salmon Arm, BC.  We have been working out together for a few weeks now and it does make the km's fly by.  Best of luck in your search!

Thanks Allan. Hoser, I made sure that I called every couple of weeks even when they told me that it would be 4 weeks for something to come back.   There was a question on my credit history where I had to provide a letter.   I faxed them a copy and followed up with a phone call to make sure it...

    Annoucement of New Cabinet Ministers.

Bill is a big fan of the international criminal court.  I can see it now, Bin Laden will say, "Gee we better not perpetrate any more crimes against humanity because we might be tried in the international criminal court."  This is not really great news for the CF. Greg

    Reservists: Where do YOU work?

RCMP are precluded from joining the reserves.  I would guess that city/regional police forces would have their own rules. Greg

    Running Self assessment.

I agree with mclipper, it sounds like you are getting the bum steer.  All of your paper work, references etc, needs to be completed before you do the CFAT.  I would get a second opinion from CFRC. Greg

    Chin-ups help

You could add some negatives into your routine for a short while anyway.  Do as many positive reps as you can and then immediately jump/push yourself up so that you are at the top, then let yourself down s l o w l y... for 2 to 4 reps.  Do this for a couple of weeks and see what happens. Best of...
