In an O-group at work today---  Mrs Bloggins will be acting CO for period  xxxxx to xxxx while the LCol is away.  Makes me wonder what the hecks has happened up here.  BTW although our Maj will be gone but we will have a few Capts on the ground.

If your really bored with school do what I did 23 years ago,  go to a CFRC apply for the reg force and put down 1. infantry 2. armoured 3. artillery ( couldn't spell it back then but can do now) Wait for the call and say yes.

Did anyone see the CANFORGEN this year on CFPAS issues, its title this year was  "Lessons Not Yet Learned" LOL. :)  It amazes me the amount that they have to reject and the reasons for those rejections.  One thing that I am proud of is that my last unit didn't have a rejected PER on my watch. ...

If your Air force and depending on your rank you can get posted to Winnipeg.  I worked with two US MPs, while I was there. Doh! Missed the Army part.

Well we went and got my daughter a MP3 player for Christmas, namely the Sony Video Man.  Apparently my country CDs aren't really cool and she would like to get some MP3's, I know that Itunes had lots at only 99 cents a song, but I was under the impression that you could only use them like 7...
