Anytime. FYI, from my perspective (which is pretty low on the totem pole), I hope we never do this again. The sheer volume of e-mail and paperwork generated by the need to set up Technical Assistance Agreements (TAA) and Third Party Transfer (TPT) agreements to allow DND to share technical...
The GFE is, obviously, being supplied by DND. Installation of GFE is being carried out by subcontractors to FFS. I'm providing two systems, to be installed by L-3.
I just checked mine over the last few years, and the date I received them via ePost ranged from Feb 9 to Feb 20. I have not yet received this year's T4A.
Well, that was the plan, at least. Looks like they cracked the throttle a little too long and it's on the way to the Asteroid Belt.

My memory isn't what it used to be, but I seem to recall seeing something within the last few months about the underground parkade at 455 DLC in Gatineau having charging stations (no extra fee over and above the regular monthly parking fee). I'll verify tomorrow.
QL3 Academic and HFX class equipment training is currently only being conducted in Halifax. The only WENG training that was conducted on the west coast was for IRO class. However, with the reorganization of NPTG/NFS(A)/NFS(P), some WENG training may eventually end up being on both coasts. It...
It is covered under PSHCP, under the psychologist benefit. We had our son tested; the testing was done over several months at the end of one calendar year, and the resulting report was also billed separately in the new calendar year, so we didn't run into any problems with the annual claim...
Not sure if the officer side of the house works differently, but if you're skipped over (as in they promote above and below you on the merit list), your promotion is guaranteed for December of that year - you'll just be overranked in the position. Or at least that's how it unfolded for me 10 or...
Any new Disability Award awarded before 1 April 2019 will be in the form of the lump sum payment (status quo). Supposedly, when the new as-yet-unwritten legislation kicks in on that date, there will be some kind of a lifetime pension (the details of which are incalculable by mere mortals) that...
No pension under the Pension Act will be affected by either the NVC, or whatever they call this pending mess.
Using the numbers you tossed out, the 42% under the Pension Act and 20% under either NVC or aforementioned pending mess, are added together only to obtain your overall disability...
Well, playing the Devil's Advocate; if they were re-establishing the Pension Act pension, I have no doubt in my military mind that they would have had a massive press conference while the House of Commons was still sitting to announce it.
The House adjourned for the Christmas break yesterday...
You may want to check this out with your local PSO. Last I heard CDA went through some kind of overhaul, and I haven't heard what became of MCTAP.

I assume you are retired and are drawing your pension, though it doesn't really matter much. If the pension division is approved, the actuaries will input some dates into a very convoluted formula, and it will spit out a number. This amount will be paid to your spouse, and must(!) be deposited...
I didn't sail on subs, but I have a few friends who did. My understanding is that the sub doesn't completely surface to snorkel; it's entirely submerged and only the snort mast extends from the water. Apparently there is a valve on the snort mast that normally keeps seawater from coming in...
