    Army Reserve Restructuring

I think class Bs are a bit inside baseball for a recruiting option though.

    Army Reserve Restructuring

I agree with whar you say, however I think we also suffer from a recruiting issue there. Anecdotal but I can't remember ever getting new clerks into the reserves. Shockingly joing the army to do paper work on the weekends isn't terribly appealing.

    Army Reserve Restructuring

I don't think we're talking about come kind of regulatory body accepting it as a professional certification. Rather were talking about something community colleges give out. I don't think itd be to hard to partner with XYZ College, and work out a deal where based on our training modules after 3...

    Army Reserve Restructuring

Oh I wanted to hit this up again. You know what would make doing paperwork on weekends and Thursday nights more appealing? If after a couple years we gave them the equivalent of a 2 year diploma in administration. Go good admin jobs for a few minutes and you'll quickly find that the expectation...

CAN-led MN Bde (formerly eFP BG) Latvia Megathread

Yeah i had to go to bat for one of our OPDCs who's troops came back screaming about their mistreatment. Their abuse was pretty severe: having to dig shell scrapes when halted for several hours, putting up cam nets routinely, doing afternoon PD on camp instead of being cut loose at 1400, some...

    Army Reserve Restructuring

Didn't have them, the HRA / FSA split means bith are chronically understaffed and unit ORs can only keep up by posting injured memebers to be "combat clerks." The days of sub units having a MCpl clerks to handle their admin are long long gone.

CAN-led MN Bde (formerly eFP BG) Latvia Megathread

2017, 2020, or 2023. 2020 was awful but that's largely becuase of Covid. Bear in mind there is no shortage of people who've done all three at the MCpl and Sgt level. Very few repeat officers. It's worth noting that "confined to barracks" in this case means a camp with a gym, gaming centre...

CF18s did Air Police tasks in 2022. Romania not the Baltics but not much difference there. Certainly their at least as capable as the Hungarian Gripens doing BAP now.

    Army Reserve Restructuring

Sorry @McG im trying to find an example of a "group" outside of the previously mentioned Canadian ones. Certainly army groups exist, or have existed, but im struggling to find any other examples. Can you point me to the NATO, or Canadian, doctrine source for a group?
