The only reason you didn't is because the range was closed down for both the C7 and the Enfields. The CLI Rifle Coach course had to travel out to Salmon Arm to the Gun Club out there and use their range.

Since all of you "gods" of the army life know what it is you're talking about, why don't you change the rules so former cadets don't get their pay incentive. That would solve the problem.  ::)

My second year of staff, I was working with a WO who was a cadet in the same course the year before. He was obviously much closer to the cadets than I was, and was often favouring some and being buddy-buddy with them. I recommend to everyone that they take a MCpl or Sgt position their first year...

So you did the course last year, and you expect to be givin a first year WOs position for the exact same course... ::) I highly suggest that you take a Sgt position, in either a clerk/GD role, or a CL/Basic Sec Comd role. From experience, it will defently benefit you more than staffing a course...

What do you plan on doing for staff?

Only army cadets are entitled to a bar (gold maple leaf for the undress ribbon) for more than 4 years (up to a max of 3 bars)

Yes I have photoshop, but i'm still getting used to it (I just have a 30 day trial version) And I would scan mine, but they're also faded, albeit not that badly, and also, I don't have a scanner.

I have tried the typical Copy and Paste technique, but that always turns out flawed and the pattern is obviously choppy. I would prefer a larger, smooth image.

I read that, i'm just speculating as to why. When I went in for my apptitude test, the SN they gave me is the same as my staff cadet SN, but I believe that is because on the application, I put in my existing staff cadet service number, since why would I need another one, if I already have one...
