    Well my corps participates in the parade and ceremonies in front of the BC Legislature every year. After that, the Canadian Scottish Regiment and my cadet corps march to the regimental cenotaph for our own private ceremony, then we march back to our Armouries

    It is somewhat the same as being a Course Senior for CLI, except multiplied by how ever many cadets you have, over the course of 6 weeks (plus 1 week of precourse) if you are a company staff, you have to deal with all the cocky cadets that think they are king of the course

    Most likely, we did rotate cadets that we coached...but it's hard to remember them all since there was 2 intakes

    Actually, it is not a given, ever for a MWO...sadly Then you were in Bravo company, and slept in the same quarters as the CLI Rifle Coach cadets...I was in Rifle Coach that year...

    That's what we do sometimes. We hide their meals and other cooking equipment out somewhere, and they need to find it all by using their map and compass skills.
