I think this a result of some money the Feds gave them to improve the yard. Not sure if it was a straight up grant or a loan.

You think yourself a reasonable, mature adult. I remain unconvinced. You are absolutely obsessed with this topic, to an unhealthy degree. You firebomb anyone who expresses even mild disagreement with your position. But I am the zealot.

The loser will be Canada. The CAF does not exist for it’s own benefit- it exists to defend Canada. Continually give the CAF crappy tools and inadequate resources and eventually someone will successfully challenge our sovereignity.

I don’t understand your question. I am not proposing a system. I made a post about my personal observations and the conclusions that I drew from my lived experience. But, you may have just made my point about the “zealot” line that I used.

In my local community, I have watched dozens of teens switch genders. Most (but not all, I stipulate) switched back to their original gender, a few months or years later. I think that puberty is a difficult for many teens. It is confusing and a certain degree of freedom to experiment with...

I dunno. Depends what you expect from an air asset. I would say that, line of sight from the surface unit, an uncrewed asset might be better. Over the horizon, I think there is still and advantage to crewing. You sure aren’t doing medevacs ashore with a UAV (yet). Not having facilities onboard...

Generally by having an efficient propulsion system. The trade off is, you probably don’t get much in the way of top end speed.

It is not a matter of “handy”. Western fighters are not designed for rough field operation. Jet engines and gravel do not mix. (Don’t bring up 737s with gravel kits. Airliners are self-evidently not fighters).
