My suggestion would be to talk to your Coy clerk or whoever administers your pay.  They will be able to figure it out exactly for you.

I believe the term is "BER" or Beyond Economical Repair.

While I'm all for getting as fit as possible, I don't know many people in the CF who can get 20 good chin-ups.(male or female).  10-12 would be a better starting goal I would think.  My 2 cents...

I think it's a refreshing change in this country to see the leadership step up and state their case in no uncertain terms i.e. no debate will happen in Parliament on the mission, and the government will stand behind the troops on the ground after putting them there. Bravo Stephen Harper!

What about wasted health dollars with regard to unhealthy lifestyles i.e overweight, smoking... I would think alot more tax dollars get wasted dealing with these equally preventable problems...
