Yeah and the best way to maximize the difference is to get people to pay premiums and then once they make a claim, make it exceedingly difficult for them to actually collect.  And of course, once you make a claim your rates go up, just like with car insurance.  Not exactly a user friendly...

In the commentary for the Miniseries both Moore and Eick (sp) said that they chose deliberately not to show the battles as the miniseries was about the Galactica and not the rest of the fleet.  I suppose the same applies to Razor where it would have been cool to see the battles but they wouldn't...
