    Designing a Load Bearing System

TT makes some pouches and such in cadpat, but its a bit harder to find the big ticket items like the MAV vest and such. Thats why I went with the olive setup, as cadpat wasnt availible when I ordered it up, and i can later replace pouches with cadpat ones if I really feel like it. Edit for spelling

    Designing a Load Bearing System

Actually, the way it rides it feels more like the old 82 pattern webbing when in the prone. I had no issues using in in the field going prone and crawling around. Felt comfortable, helds lots of stuff, worked well with a ruck and smallpack. My ass was a touch higher elevated, but I had no...

Kit Reviews, issued and non issued

Here I have the issued small pack, with a dropzone hydration panel installed. This serves two purposes, 1) water (duh) and 2) a molle panel. It works well, too bad it is only held on by the 6 biners. Im trying to think of a better way to get it done, but so far this is best. Its very stable, and...

Wanted: Tactical Watch Band w/cover strap

+1, I used a "tactical" watchband for a while, then got rid of it. Smelled terrible after a short while, took up lots of room on the wrist, and generally was a pain in the ass. I went back to the good ol timex with a black velcro band. Works great and the watch itself is black and dark tan...
