Thanks. I am planning on wearing a collared golf shirt. What is it called now if it isn‘t QL2 and QL3??? I imagine that my regiment could have quite a bit of kit because they have a huge room for the QM. One other question, how many other people generally might I expect to be sworn in with?

Tomorrow night I am being sworn into the Army. I have a few questions about it: What does this process involve? What do I wear? Will I be issued my kit the same night? I am going to be doing my QL2 and QL3 Infantry this summer at Meaford.

I had to do this stupid stair stepping thing for 3 minutes, then again for another three minutes but faster after my blood pressure was taken. I barely broke a sweat with that. The push-ups are a little harder then what people think, but I still passed that. The sit-ups are a breeze.

McAleese‘s Fighting Manual by Peter McAleese is a great book that provides information on section to platoon level tactics. It gives information on patrolling, ambushing, marksmanship, and more. It could be really hard to get, I found it in a Chapters store and have not seen it anywhere else...
