Just be honest when filling out the paperwork about how many times you have done it etc. if they find it to be an issue they will tell you, worst that will happen is you will be told to wait a year then reapply or the forces arent for you.

That picture will be taken at basic if you need it so dont worry too much about it.

Little bit of an update after a 9 month hold because of my bankruptcy my file is now reopened and processing just waiting for a new medical and interview.

I know I am not a recruiter but I do work in the security clearance processing team. Character references must have known you for at least 3 years or more and currently reside in Canada and also cannot reside in the same household as another reference or can not be a co-habitant.

I can tell you from a security clearance point of veiw as long as you document it well (ie; unemployed this to this but working odd jobs make sure to record odd jobs.) and if the residential and employment information match all is good to go

This has been completed already to my understanding. A credit issue caused a bit of a hiccup and I have to wait until Nov 18 before furthur processing. I was just curious if because of my previous service it takes less time to be selected because I'm already trained in said occupation

DAA is there a difference if im a skilled applicant (previous service with QL3 finished) and just another recruit comming off the street for selections? and when is the next ACISS selection?

Called the CFRC today it has passed the MCC's desk and I am now waiting for the personality test

I believe that if you have the proper paperwork you would be allowed to wear the medals you have earned but do not quote me on this

I am in the process of re-enrolling as ACISS my previous trade (I have completed DP1.0) I am curious would I get an HHT before being posted to a base? or would I have to live in the shacks etc.?
