Yes you can join because you have a misdemeanor on your record. Although it is true that anything can hinder your clearance. If there are any legal actions pending on you, be ready to wait. Juxtaposed to a felony, it would be literally harder for you to join.

That certainly confuses the issue as the same file manager told me 4 weeks ago AVS Tech. selection dates were Nov 14, 21 and 28.

I contacted my file manager.. Avs Tech selection dates appear to have been delayed indefinitely, with no specific date. AC.Op is pushed until February like most NCM trades as I was informed.

Checked with a MCpl in Kingston about POET course; it starts in January and in February. QL3 was reformatted last year, I am not sure about that.
