You know what i wouldn‘t mind? If they took away the "Don‘t beat cadets" rule. I think a pace stick to the head would some good to some cadets. But it would need to be justified and used in moderation of course. I‘ve been hit (stabbed actually) with a pacestick by my RSM (Zaap!, lol) its not...
